KAVALA COOP

Kavala COOP was founded in 1927, as a secondary Cooperative Organization and now operates under the new Law on Cooperatives as a primary Agricultural Cooperative, having as members the producers of the provinces of Kavala, Nestos and Thassos. In the new data formed in recent years, with the increasing liberalization of international and local markets, the management of the Union in cooperation with the employees, decided to redefine several of the goals and the economic and commercial policy of the organization. Many of the Union's activities have been given a special weight, resulting in their rapid growth and their ability to become at a very satisfactory level competitive on local and wider geographical boundaries. We set new economic and commercial goals to be able to meet the challenges of the modern Agricultural Economy.
