Greek Dough Company placed in Thessaloniki where Georgios Hatzakos opened his own store in 1964. The only tools he had at his disposal in order to supply filo and kataifi pastry to the city patisseries, were his hard work and the care he took in producing a final result he could be proud of. The second generation, which dynamically joined what had now become… a family business, resulted in the products of the Hatzakou family being sold throughout Greece and in several locations abroad. At present, the company has relocated to a state-of-the-art facility in the Sindos Industrial Area, having invested in latest-generation production lines. The upgrading of our company’s equipment has led to the constant production of high standard products.
